Report a company sale
A company changed hands, rebranded, or now shows a platform name in its fine print. A link to any evidence — press release, new "part of the X family" footer, Sunbiz filing, truck wrap photo — makes it usable.
Employee tip (anonymous by default)
Work, or worked, for a company after it was acquired? Tell us what changed — pay plans, quotas, price books, staffing, non-competes. We do not store your IP address, we never publish names or identifying details, and we aggregate tips before quoting them. You can leave every identifying field blank.
Suggest a verified independent
We list a company as independent only with evidence: a Florida Sunbiz record showing local individual owners with no holding-company parent, plus a license held by the owner or a public statement naming them. Franchises of investor-owned franchisors are not listed. Owners may nominate their own company.
Correct an error
We'd rather be corrected than wrong. Corrections are logged publicly on our corrections page. Company representatives are welcome to use this form; identify yourself and we'll note the response on the page.
