Arrow Exterminators acquires Tampa-based Top Notch Pest Control
What happened. Arrow Exterminators merged with Top Notch Pest Control of Tampa, a residential and commercial pest, termite and lawn and ornamental company founded by Michael and Mary Carli with more than 35 combined years in the industry. Arrow described the deal as its 95th acquisition since 1988. Michael Carli said the merger put the business in the right home, and CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick said all Top Notch employees would remain.
