What happened. Nashville-based Leap Partners, backed by Concentric Equity Partners, acquired Air Hawk Heating & Cooling of Odessa in Pasco County. Air Hawk had been built by Joseph Massa over eleven years; he and his team continued to lead the business under the existing brand name. Leap said it had acquired 32 companies in four years across eight states. CEO John Cerasuolo said Air Hawk had earned its community's trust and that Leap would support that foundation. Terms were not disclosed.
