Leonard Roofing of Englewood, Fla. and Bulldog Roofing of Colorado. Skycrest is led by CEO Kelly Wade, previously CEO of Tampa's North American Roofing and of Sarasota's Crown Roofing. Dan Leonard said that within two months of joining, the company had already been given 'ample resources.' Terms were not disclosed; the local brand was retained.
