What happened. Cascade Services, backed by Trive Capital and LP First Capital, acquired Harrington Air Conditioning, a residential HVAC provider founded in 1979 serving St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Pinellas County. CEO Ty Johnson said Harrington's 'long-standing reputation for excellence aligns perfectly with our mission.' Cascade said Harrington would operate under its established name while leveraging Cascade's resources, technology and operational expertise.
