Strikepoint acquires IERNA's, deepening its Tampa Bay cluster
What happened. Strikepoint Group Holdings acquired IERNA Heating, Cooling and Plumbing of Lutz, a family-owned contractor operating since 2003 across Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk and northern Pinellas counties. It was Strikepoint's 23rd acquisition since September 2020. CEO Charlie Haines said the deal would further solidify the company's leadership position in greater Tampa Bay, joining existing brands Pinellas Comfort Systems, Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing, and Paradise Air. The IERNA's name was retained.
