Pool Troopers acquires Pure Planet Pools of St. Petersburg

What happened. Pool Troopers acquired Pure Planet Pools of St. Petersburg as one of three Florida pool companies bought in April 2022, alongside Cobalt Pool Service of Fort Myers and Clearview Pool Services of Jacksonville. They were the platform's 10th, 11th and 12th acquisitions since December 2020 under Shoreline Equity Partners. Owner Mark Simmons said Pool Troopers shared the same philosophy of caring for employees and customers. CEO Mark Patton said the deals strengthened the company's presence in key Florida markets.
