What happened. Pool Troopers acquired Kevin's Pool Service, which had served the Sarasota and Bradenton area since 1992 under Kevin and Lisa Martin. It was the platform's 17th acquisition since December 2020. Kevin Martin said Pool Troopers would serve his customers well and give employees advancement opportunities; CEO Mark Patton praised the company's focus on personal relationships. At the time Pool Troopers serviced more than 20,000 pools across Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia and Arizona.
