Arrow Exterminators acquires four-office Crenshaw Termite and Pest Control

What happened. Arrow Exterminators acquired Crenshaw Termite and Pest Control, a family-owned Tampa Bay pest, termite and lawn care company founded in 1972 with offices in Tampa, New Port Richey, Dade City and Brooksville covering seven counties. President David Crenshaw said Arrow's culture was virtually identical to his own and that finding another family company mattered. The four offices took Arrow to 42 Florida service centers and 162 offices nationally. At the time Arrow had more than 3,000 employees and revenue above $340 million.
