What happened. Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, acquired PestShield Termite & Pest Services of Sarasota, founded by Carm and Teri DiBella with more than 40 years of combined industry experience serving residential, commercial and condominium customers from Tampa to Naples. Turner CEO Mark Slater noted both organizations began as family-owned businesses. It was Turner's second acquisition in its Anticimex-backed expansion program.
