Arrow Exterminators acquires St. Petersburg's Exterm-A-Tech
What happened. Arrow Exterminators acquired Exterm-A-Tech, Inc., a St. Petersburg pest and termite company the Shelton family had run in the Tampa Bay area for more than 62 years. Owner Steve Shelton said he found a company that valued how customers and employees are treated. The deal took Arrow to 20 Florida service centers and deepened its Pinellas County presence. The business now operates under Arrow's Hughes Exterminators brand.
